Last week, after months of tireless advocacy and the largest strike of healthcare workers in U.S. history, the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions, representing 85,000+ caregivers, reached a historic tentative agreement for a contract establishing a new minimum wage, addressing the staffing crisis, investing in a wide variety of workforce initiatives, and including protective terms around subcontracting and outsourcing. #United4All #SolidaritySeason
