As someone who has worked very very hard to learn how to cope with uncertainty,
the absolute worst part of American medical care is how needlessly long absolutely everything takes
closely followed by how many layers of gaslighting you have to punch thru to get to even understanding whats happening
and thats even when the docs are actively trying to help you

Whose Cognitive Decline Is It? by Mary Trump
#Trump has always been easily swayed by whomever or whatever is in front of him
Lately his decline has become even more obvious. whether its due to some kind of #neurological condition or worsening of his long #undiagnosed, #untreated #psychiatric #disorders or both
Sometimes it isn’t clear if he’s oriented to space, time & people. It's particularly evidenced during recent press conferences, interviews.

昨天從丟完垃圾（一個大的中斷點）晚上七點四十分開始
我就一直坐在電腦前面寫扣，持續到了十一點
伴侶對此不是很開心我才停下
中途沒有停止，除了伴侶肢體上的直接干擾（像是抱抱之類的）
不過我也是很快就繼續回到程式之中
體感覺得可能才一個小時，反正沒有實際的三個小時這麼長
雖然Discord開著，但是伴侶跟朋友在聊天，印象中我對對話好像開啟了自動回應模式 :bunny_hopping:
對內容沒什麼印象
然後今天起來跟要死了一樣
這幾天完全下班後就泡在扣裡面
好像有點超載了（身體上），現在覺得累但當下即使被伴侶阻止繼續寫（該睡覺該洗澡了）還是想要繼續寫
「再...再一個 function就好 :scremcat: 」
越來越懷疑自己了，綜合上班的狀態 :scremcat:

I was raised to think that I was responsible to assure that my #mother was happy. My poor #father likely suffered from #undiagnosed #PTSD from it
I bought into #lies about other #outliers in my family because I trusted her- I mean mom’s supposed to always be right and have our best interests at heart, right?🧐
Well, now that my #amnesia (et al) is at the stage it’s in, the only things I #remember about someone are my most recent experiences with them. How can she ( #abuse) possibly look to me?
