It is right to move forward even without #Hungary. However, I also find the approach of the 26 somewhat questionable. Why not simply withdraw Hungary's voting rights under Article 7 and then proceed with legally valid decisions?

No, not the country you're thinking of. RMF radio confirmed again today that the Polish government was against, but couldn't block the EU decision as this wasn't a #unanimity vote.If Viktor #Orban is Exhibit A for why we need to drop unanimity, his BFFs #PiS are Exhibit B.
