A German app on a German (Display lang) android. Built by a German IT company, for connecting (mostly) German speaking doctors to (mostly) German speaking clients.
Still, the notification obviously fails to render German umlauts. 🤦

Kuten olemme jo viime vuosituhannelta tienneet, ääkköset eivät ole enää ongelma.
Jostain syystä ketju, jossa selaimella ladattuja tiedostoja tallennettiin mäkissä #OneDrive hakemistoon ja tämä hakemisto sitten ladattiin selaimella toisessa koneessa zip-pakettina.
En keksi millä enkoodausketjulla saa tuollaiset tulokset. Onneksi onelinerilla komentorivillä oli helppo korjata.

It arrived albeit #FedEx fucked up all #umlauts in my shipping address, even in two different ways:
Once they obviously took #UTF8 as #ISOLatin and once they seem to have taken one #8bit charset as another 8-bit charset, probably #ISOLatin1 as #CP850. 🙄 #schei_encoding #mojibake

But at least it arrived! I heard from a keyboard dealer that they stopped sending parcels to Europe with FedEx due to too much packet loss…
