ich bin neu hier auf dem mountains.social Server, daher auch hier eine kurze Vorstellung:
On-Trail bin ich Hiker7, leichtes Gepäck, weite Wege ist mein Ding. Ich beschäftige mich viel mit Gear und MYOG (Make Your Own Gear), also dem Selbernähen und -bauen von Ausrüstung.

In #ultralighthiking, the concept denotes a fairly rigorous practice in which an austere loadout allows the hiker to go further with less effort, less wear on the body, and proportionately greater freedom to explore (or simply be in the moment, as the desire arises). I’m frankly jealous these folks thought to apply the #ultralight framing to pedagogy, because it’s what I’ve been trying to articulate

Irgendwann ist man beim #Equipment aussuchen fürs #wandern #hiking an dem Punkt angekommen das man sich eine Excel Tabelle mit Gewicht, Größen und Features baut oder bin ich das nur? Was ich aber schon sagen kann, das ich nicht in das komplette #UltralightHiking Game absteigen werden (zu teuer / speziell) und da ich dafür zu wenig unterwegs bin im Jahr. Und für meine "große" Tour im Sommer (#Rothaarsteig) ich eher auf dem #Lighthiking Game unterwegs bin. Hat jemand Budget freundliche Tips für gutes Zeug für mich? #fedihelp
