La formation et la culture technique:

Les grandes écoles d'ingénieurs françaises (et notamment les formations en informatique) ont une culture du #logiciellibre plus développée. En #Belgique francophone, les cursus universitaires (#ULiège, #UCLouvain, #ulb ) produisent des ingénieurs compétents mais pas forcément orientés vers la création d'entreprises de services en logiciel libre.
Heureusement qu'il nous reste le @fosdem 😅
