#100DaysOfUke2026 2/100 — I'm Not In Love by 10CC, from 1975. (Over 50 years if you're counting).
I've done this at an open mic with another third of the Collective Noun Trio, and I'm looking forward to doing it again! It works remarkably well on uke.
Lessons to self, after doing this in just 1 take:
1. Play a little earlier in the day, so I don't feel so bad about belting my voice out a bit.
2. Remember to smile more -- you can hear it! -

#100daysofukulele2024 day 84(*)/100: I took on More Bad Times by The Presidents Of The United States. This is a really fun one — mostly grooving around on C/Csus4, occasionally swapping in an F or G. Oh, and a little waltz thrown in for kicks!
It does have a lot of words pretty fast, so it took me a few takes to get there! But it's a neat tune, fun to play, and a pretty positive message, I think. I'll link a chord chart in a reply here.

Well, it's pretty darn cold out in Edmonton today. I thought I'd post a balcony ukulele cover from the summer that I never shared.
This is my take on "Everything's Coming Up Milhouse" by the very clever Allie Goertz - I'm doing it in a different key, but I think it translated to ukulele pretty nicely!
