#uksnow now stopped in B30. A wintry mix of snow and sleet and rain overnight. Accumulated to no more than 10cm, though strong winds seem to have caused some drifting.

We personally haven't had much snow, but wow it's fallen just a few miles to the west - and the roads are like glass.

There is still a good couple of centimetres on the ground though.

#uksnow : started in B30 about 1830, very much blown in on the strong wind. Eased off in the last half hour. About 2cm on the leeward side of the house, no more than 5cm on untreated roads.

It’s been snowing here for quite a while. Driven to get emergency supplies (teabags and milk), but back home in the warm. #UKSnow LE16 6/10

We have snow.
It wasn't forecast for us until well after 8pm.
There's already about an inch or so, so I'm guessing the forecast is wrong - we'll get more than anticipated.
No strong winds yet though.
