I’m usually good at strong worded e mails, but it’s escaping me today.

After the phone yesterday afternoon I was shocked and forgot to ask some important questions.

Why is it my responsibility to remove the paper? It was like this when we moved in (8years next month.) I have looked over the tenancy agreement, and it seems you can serve notice early, but only you feel I have done something wrong?

Trying to take it easy today, but the funny smell and sewage problems are back. My side is flowing ok, but neighbours two doors up is blocked.

It’s because of the sewage pipe that was broken when my neighbours put up a new fence. Apparently this was fixed earlier this year, so don’t know if it’s new, or just wasn’t fixed properly.

I’ve had to answer the door and go out to talk to Severn Trent multiple times, and now they digging in my yard.
