Anyone have good links on what UK rail freight traffic is like? 3 trains and one loco in about 10 mins. before the main passenger services got me curious about over night traffic stats.

Travelled from Tonbridge to Waterloo East yesterday on SouthEastern trains. One of our group uses a wheelchair.
There and back station staff were helpful, professional, not patronising and cheerful.
They made a real difference on a hot and busy day - thank you.
