Any UK Lawyers here? does anyone know any UK/English Lawyers..?
I may need one: a company from London (or rather moved to Woodstock, Oxfordshire and although their website states in writing that they are registered in England and Wales their status at the companies house website shows it as "dissolved") is refusing to answer my emails regarding payment owed to me and it might not be much but it's past due.
Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think it's possible that the people behind proscribing Palestine Action might have underestimated the effects of how unsettling this all is for middle-class people who basically trusted "the system" before.
I wonder did they _want_ that effect for some reason, and it's going to be the excuse for something worse later on, or are they just not very clever?
An article from a while back talked about how much the police don't like it either. Some of them joined thinking that their job was to catch villains and protect "the public", and they _hated_ being sent to arrest old people who reminded them of their grandads and grandmas, for sitting around in a friendly way doing basically nothing. The disillusion was bad for morale.
I said before, I think it's "bringing the law into disrepute".

The Labour Government would happily destroy the Criminal Justice system in this country just to protect another nation's genocide of peoples.

"This survey is open to all Clinically Vulnerable people, those in their families, and also people who wear masks in the UK. It asks about your experience of mask-wearing, the new protest law, and how these affect your daily life. Some questions ask about your health, or the health of a Clinically Vulnerable person in your household.
"What the new law does: From 29 June 2026, under the Crime and Policing Act 2026, police in England and Wales can designate an area around a protest for up to 24 hours (extendable to 48). Inside a designated area, wearing anything that conceals your identity โ including a face mask or respirator โ is a criminal offence, punishable by up to a month's imprisonment or a fine. There is a health provision, but it works as a defence, not an exemption: a person wearing a mask in a designated area commits the offence, and must then prove their health reason afterwards โ potentially after being stopped or arrested.
"It takes about 4 minutes to complete.
"Who is collecting this information: Clinically Vulnerable Families (CVF), registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller [ZB887575]."
