Unbelievably, after a wait of four years, I saw two Red-necked Phalarope in Devon in two days. The first was at Roadford Lake and stayed quite a distance away. Today, just the reverse at Black Hole Marsh, with close-up and personal views! Beautiful bird.

Highlights 4 x Spoonbill (with sticks! (I don't think I've seen this behaviour before)), Common & Green Sandpiper, Cattle & Little Egret. 34 species in total.

Here's a video of the Long-tailed Shrike seen on the Oxfordshire side of the field. Not as bad as some of my efforts 😀. We got there early enough to have haze-free views.
