The CD features six spoken word tracks of extracts from his book, linking up 10 music tracks from across his past. Crucially, it includes an incredibly rare and exclusive, previously unreleased track from the T&M archives: the earliest known live recording of a U.K. Subs song from the summer of 1977, essential for any UK Subs/punk fanatic.
