@BenUNC #OpenCuts (the system i developed https://www.open-cuts.org/) is somewhat being used at @ubports for the #UbportsInstaller ( https://ubports.open-cuts.org/system/5e9d746c6346e112514cfec7 ), but that's not what I would consider "at scale", just a proof of concept.
I know that @kuleszdl had been working on something similar ( https://www.systemtestportal.org/ ), maybe he knows larger running endeavors?
There definitely is potential to this approach, would be very interesting to see what it can do for WordPress!

Alright @ubports testers, you've done and did it! You reported so many test results for the #UBportsInstaller it brought https://ubports.open-cuts.org to its knees :D When i ssh'ed in to the poor server, it was trying to calculate a tensor over some 8 thousand reports. Insane!
We lost some reports, but we're back. And new ones are already coming in. Thanks all!

I purchased a refurbished 2013 Asus Nexus 7 to try Ubuntu Touch. I used the UBports Installer and got it working with little hassle. In this post, I describe the process and offer some (very) early and brief impressions of Ubuntu Touch. I look forward to learning more about it and writing a longer piece in the future.

Pushing hard towards a 1.x release of the #UBportsInstaller: Just merged some PRs that brought us just below 50 open issues for the first time since alpha!
Still quite a bit to do before i would consider it completely stable (and some exciting stuff to look forward to!), but it's my personal goal to get it done before the end of the year!

A new release of the UBports Installer has been bestowed on us by @NeoTheThird With version 0.5.6 comes improvements for users, like providing the installer with the third party firmware necessary for hardware enablement, bug fixes, and also includes more flexibility for flashing images via fastboot, which is required for some upcoming devices.

Featuring asynchronous parallel downloads, progress and speed callbacks, and checksum verification using different hashing algorithms, making it easy to skip unneeded downloads. Not a lot of fancy fluff otherwise, really only what i needed for the #UBportsInstaller.
