En #Steam, a veces, diciendo al juego que es un #SteamDeck el puto #UbisoftConnect se cierra. Pero no me vale la pena. Algunos juegos adaptan la calidad gráfica o bloquean los ajustes gráficos en ese caso.

Das #Anno117 Update schlägt gerade mit 39GB zu buche (für alle die es bei Steam gekauft haben, brauchen nur 6 GB laden) 🤐

It looks like there is no way to launch Ubisoft Games (purchased on Ubisoft Store) under Linux? #Heroic doesn't support #UbisoftConnect , #Lutris doesn't sync the library properly since 2025, Ubisoft Connect launched over Lutris can't launch games because Connect and the game need different settings, I can't launch in #Steam because the code is bought on Ubisoft Store etc. It's quite frustrating...

1) Doesn't run on #NixOS, the #Ubisoft Connect launcher gets stuck.
2) Doesn't run on #Windows 11 for ARM, the launcher flashes up but then nothing happens afterwards. I think the game crashes but I don't know if and where it writes logfiles to...

#SplinterCell #PandoraTomorrow just resurfaced on #Steam and #UbisoftConnect, 12 years after being mysteriously removed from Steam from all store fronts, while the first and third games remained available.

#Ubisoft: "Here, enjoy this barely running copy of a classic game on #Steam, 12 years after it was removed."

Also Ubisoft: Adds mandatory Ubisoft Account login to a game which never had it before while barely fixing any technical issues of the game, leaving the multiplayer parts broken and adding no convenience features. 🤦‍♂️

Seriously, Ubisoft wastes ANY chance to at least restore tiny bit of their abysmal reputation. Come on, how can you screw up like again and again? 🙄

Meanwhile I'm gonna dust off my #DRM free Splinter Cell Trilogy from my basement, which doesn't even have any disc checks.
