The city of #Kherson is luckily not occupied anymore. But the #talk mentioned the situation while Kherson city was under #occupation (between 02.03.2022 and 11.11.2022) and also the situation in the #oblast (#Херсонщина) which is still not #liberated fully yet.
To which talk do you refer to, when a "good #russian" was holding a talk on #Ukraine last year? A talk organized by #UAct?
