Typhoon #Saola (#GoringPH) 🌀 very slow progression southward off the east coast of Luzon🇵🇭 from 0200 UTC 26 AUG to 0800 UTC 27 Aug as seen by #Himawari9 🛰️. The storm should be now moving slightly east before turning back north. #TyphoonSaola #TyphoonGoring
