The Daily Mail repeated the allegations, but at least had the integrity to say that the Fox report was their only source.
They also interviewed the roommate's family and neighbors; no one thought anyone in that apartment was trans. The woman who lived next door said directly that she didn't think they were.

The reports that Charlie Kirk's (alleged) killer is in a relationship with a trans roommate? Completely unfounded.
The source is
1) Fox News reporter Brooke Singman quoting
2) "senior-level FBI officials". That means Kash Patel or Dan Bongino, whose previous job was writing Trump's tweets.The fact that Utah's governor Cox repeats the allegation does not make it credible. He previously said that bullet casings had "trans messages" on them and was wrong then too.
But it's enough for mainstream media to quote it, bizarrely without asking what the evidence is. And their stories seem more real.
