So, I did a traceback on this #SpearPhishingPDF that Brian Scarsbeck was serving to HIS CLIENTS AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS which compromises their clients computer and allows full access into said clients systems.

@chemoelectric I've never bothered to read the EULA for #TWTR but I'm willing to bet that there's a clause that says they get to override any "rule" for any reason because, well, just because. Always a standard clause in every relationship contract I've worked with.

This article about the "race" (always sporting analogies in US media) to replace #TWTR does not, even once, mention federation or try to explain it, instead talking about "different websites" & then mentions "members of the press" who have complained about the "platform being slow & hard to understand"

Does twtr.plus just save up and then blast all at once? I’ve tried following a couple news orgs that I’d like to follow even if it is just cross posting. But it appears to stay silent and then just blasto a day’s worth of posts all at once. #twtr

I am angry for the workers at Twitter #twtr. We have laws & Unions in the UK and the European Union. Performance goals must be SMART, which includes the requirement that they be realistic; we have limits on the working hours permitted which are pretty shit to be honest, but they do exist. We have laws that prohibit unfair dismissal and harassment. Join a Union. It might protect you and it will allow others to help you in your fight for justice and decency!

@pre @Hyolobrika I don't have a deep enough understanding of the gay wedding cake case to see how free speech is relevant there. #Twitter does have a #1A #freespeech problem but not in the sense that most ppl think of. If #TWTR censors Bob for announcing something goes against Twitter’s rules, that’s not a free speech issue b/c Twitter has private property rights.
