How to tell your twitter friends here where you are on mastadon.
Go to your mastadon profile page
Click the share icon at the top near the edit button (looks line - arrow points upwards from a container)
Click twitter icon

Reblogging is really important on here so your friends get a chance to see things you would just have 'liked' over there. 
Put hashtags in everything too. Your profile and all your posts 
It all seems difficult & strange at first but if we help each other out it gets easier fast.
