Fedi you've helped me out with retro gaming mysteries before and this one has been plaguing me for a while.
What, if any, is the connection between Sega and Twinbee, and do you know anything about this weird piece of music?

The tldr is, Roommania 203 is a cult classic from Sega, and the game has an in game radio that plays a lot of Sega deep cuts. The theme from Switch/Panic, a Panzer Dragoon remix from an anniversary album, the Burning Rangers theme. Also some Sega Sound Team adjacent stuff like some of Takenobu Mitsuyoshi's non-Sega solo stuff, or Guitar Vader stuff. Great, I can understand how all of that ends up in this game, there's Sega ties to all of it.
But...Twinbee is not a Sega game. If there's a Twinbee Sega collaborated on I'm not aware of it, granted there's a lot of Twinbee games and even more if you count Twinbee appearances in other games. But I have no idea where this song comes from. The artist is listed as "wondervogel" but I never found anything looking into them--granted, we all know what search engines are like now. The title is just referred to as "Theme from Twinbee".
So please fedi, if any of you are Twinbee experts who would know what this song is, where it came from, and/or how it would end up in a Sega game, please help me. It's been driving me up a wall for years.
