It's not a good day for the TV Shop. The Commerce Commission is prosecuting the company after staff members posted reviews without disclosing their affiliation to the business and removed some low-rating reviews on its own website.
Then Consumer warns customers to "take care" when buying from TV Shop, citing false advertising and very dodgy refund practices.
