Würde @tuxedocomputers ihre Jobs nicht ausschließlich in Präsenz, in Augsburg, ausschreiben, sondern auch 100% remote ermöglichen, würde ich mich ja auf die ausgeschriebenen Support-Jobs bewerben - hätte ich total Lust darauf!
Frage mich allerdings, ob die Ende Oktober '25 veröffentlichten Stellenangebote tatsächlich aktuell sind, und warum die so lange nicht besetzt werden konnten? 🤔

I bought a gaming PC from #tuxedocomputers in Germany in late November.
I just checked prices for a similarly specced machine today.
The price has increased by EUR 400 compared to the late November prices.
I started checking specifications in early November. By the time I got round to actually ordering the PC a couple of weeks later the price for that spec had jumped by EUR 100. So I downgraded a bit to get the price to fit my budget.

After some successful tests of running Debian13 with a backport 6.17.x kernel on my Tuxedo desktop system, it was time to try this on the Tuxedo laptop too.
The Tuxedo Infinitybook has a keyboard issue which apparently should be fixed in the 6.17.x en newer kernels. Getting that installed on Zorin proved more involved then anticipated.
So I now installed Debian 13 and will see how this works over the next weeks.

They know about it, but I found out that they know through their subreddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/tuxedocomputers/comments/1q9r2tq/tuxedoos_repos_broken/
Would be nice if Tuxedo could notify about these issues on mastodon too. Already sent an email to them but that was 8 hours after they had first acknowledged the issue on reddit.
I understand that it's sunday but just an acknowledgement would be appreciated.
