🐘 #MammothMonday 🐂🦥🐴🐪🐟🍃 These wonderful mammoth tusks are on display at the Vernal Utah Natural History Museum. They were discovered while digging a well in Craig, Colorado, in 1961 and recovered by paleontologist Ernest Untermann. The tusks belong to a Columbian mammoth and were found under 15 feet of gravel.

I like the premise of using threads to posting about a given topic, even if the posts are not necessarily a chain of spilled-over sentences. The #Tusks app lets me resume a topic even days later, by allowing me to organize my posts per topic, and helps me follow up on my previous thoughts (and ramblings!).

I think #tusks by @bardi looks interesting, but I do like #IceCubesApp‘s editor better, it has more features (e. g. support for general files on iOS, polls, language detection before posting)
Especially the language detection helps, since Tusks seems to also have reset my language to German? -
