Somehow #landschaftsparkduisburgnord looks very #dystopian to me, especially this unit. It made me think of a background scene in the #commodore64 game #turrican .

The Machine was my 13th #Amiga #cosplay. The design is a mix of the intros of Turrican 2&3 and inspiration from other sources, mainly the classic Borg.
This is my biggest costume project to date: it took 980 crafting hours over 1 year. The armour is made of EVA foam and a whole lot of bits and pieces like old computer chips and cellphone parts.
The #Turrican helmet prop is from my 2nd Turrican suit that I made in 2016.
The photo was taken by void256 and edited by me.
