Ergibt 2 Teller

1 EL Tomatenmark
500 mL Wasser
70 g rote Linsen
0.5 TL Nane
30 g Arpa şehriye (Orzo/Risoni/Kritaraki), Reis geht auch
1 TL Salz
1 EL Olivenöl

Alles zusammen gut aufkochen und mindestens 20 Minuten köcheln lassen bis die Linsen beginnen sich aufzulösen.

Mit etwas Pul Biber (chilliflocken, aka was man im dönerladen als „scharf“ angeboten bekommt nach Geschmack) auf dem Teller würzen.
