I had the second temporary break in my Facebook free January when I became worried about this Ram I met on a local walk. He was licking and mouthing his leg just above his foot, and unlike any other sheep I've seen. He also let me walk right up to him, within touching distance. I was worried and posted on the local Facebook page. It turns out he is just very used to people and probably has an itchy foot. Nothing to worry about.

when you are building data, it's very common that you want to fan-out (like unzip a file and do something on each of those files), but that's hard to express well in Makefiles and other build systems.

@anthonyjpratti Nice makefile introduction. I have some scripts I wrote to generate makefiles from input. Writing makefiles from scratch can be very repetitive. I don't think I'd want to switch to bazel but I did think #redo and #tup were interesting #make alternatives when I looked at them.

My accessible TUP-based input for iPod Linux was redeveloped for a BlackBerry around 2007.
The user swipes a path on the display, nominally with their thumb, but whatever is comfortable. The beginning of the path is letter A.
How much space is given to each letter is dependent on the TUP prediction, likely letters get more space.The number of letters on the path is adjustable so that when you reach the end you can continue from the left. There's also autocomplete.

Prediction is at character level based on a British corpus.
My editor saying hello, non-accessible default is saying great.
Not immediately obvious, but my version also deals with hand tremors allowing the user's finger to to bounce/tap on the keyboard without error.
