Allez j’ai laissé quelques jours d’avance à RPG Trader, mais je sors quand même La Grande Procession de Halloween sur itch.io aussi, pour celleux qui préfèrent alimenter leur bibliothèque là-bas. De toute façon plus y aura de monde qui (re)découvre et (re)joue cette aventure d’@EvlynMoreau, plus festive sera la renaissance de la Sombre Mère, c’est tout ce qui compte.

J’avais bossé avec @EvlynMoreau sur cette aventure en anglais il y a 3 ans, avant de la traduire et y jouer il y a 2 ans puis… de la laisser mariner dans mes dossiers jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Elle n’en est que plus savoureuse car je l’ai adaptée pour #TunnelGoons, dont j’ai même incorporé un petit hack intitulé Hallow Goons.

Je suis très content d’enfin sortir ça avec Evlyn sur @rpgtrader, largement assez en avance pour que tout le monde la joue dans un mois ! Moi en tout cas je vais pas me priver.

Sprawl Goons: Fillable Character Sheets for a cyberpunk RPG

A few years ago, Nate Treme put out a RPG called Tunnel Goons. It’s a simple, light 2D6 system.

You roll a 2d6 and add the value of an attribute to beat a Difficulty Score (DS). It’s a good game for beginners, as there aren’t a lot of rules to memorize.

Tunnel Goons was released under a Creative Commons 3.0 license, so anyone can make their own game using the same system. As a result, there’s an enormous number of hacks based on Tunnel Goons.

One of my favorite of these hacks, is Sprawl Goons from Geist Hack Games. It uses the Tunnel Goons rules to run gritty cyberpunk adventures.

I like it because it’s light, it’s easy to create characters, and it’ll probably be my go-to system if I’m going to run any quick cyberpunk one-shots. It’s also quite inexpensive.

All you need to run the game is the Sprawl Goons: Upgraded book for the main rules, but I’d recommend getting the Sprawl Goons: Booster Pack and the Sprawl Goons:Plug-In Pack for supporting material.
