One thing I'm getting from watching shows like #VictorianFarm, #EdwardianFarm, #TudorMonasteryFarm, and even #IronChef -- is making the most out of all parts of critters. #IndigenousPeoples did that as well. If we're going to eat meat / fish, then we should aim for using as much as we can for food, and make sure the rest doesn't go to waste!

So, after my discussion with @BrambleBearGrrrauwling about keeping cool earlier this week, I was motivated to get around to editing the segments in #TudorMonasteryFarm that involved how Tudor-era household dairies kept cool in the heat (and how they made cheese without refrigeration). CW - video contains sheep's milk and dairy cheese.

There are some "old school" methods of doing things that deserve a second look (perhaps with some modern tweaks)! One involved #Cooling without #AirConditioning, and another #EdibleWeeds!
