Is anyone aware of any articles/studies/training/etc that look at how one evaluates the temperament of people who might be called on to respond to an emergency? Not for career IR folks or the like, so much as someone like an IT person who might need to participate in disaster recovery or security incident response. In other words, how do you identify and/or train people who will respond well? I’m mulling a blog post about some personal experiences and it made me wonder if this is an area that’s gotten much attention in corporate spaces.
