One of my #Tseycum friends gifted us with some of their #WildSalmon catches, yesterday. I baked some of the #fish up for Mom & my youngest brother, Jerry. I kept theirs simple - bit of salt rub with minced garlic.
I used some of the salmon to make myself #Teochew style, soya sauce steam braised salmon with ginger & green onions & ate it with plain congee.#AsianMastodon #homecooked #seafood #food #AsianFood #EthnicEats #CulturalFood #POCfoods #Dinner
