Kommt doch noch eine vernünftige Planung einer #Magnetbahn nach Deutschland? Gestern habe ich überraschend mitbekommen, dass nahe Stuttgart das TSB aktuell die beste Option ist – wenn auch knapp. 15-Minuten-Takt mit dem TSB oder 30-Minuten-Takt mit einer Stadtbahn zwischen Nagold und Herrenberg. Deutlich besser als die Nürnbergplanung.

Wie fährt sich der #Transrapid im Jahr 2025? Den Text fertig zu bekommen hat etwas gedauert. Meine Erfahrungen sind jetzt in einem Artikel beschrieben inklusive einem Stand zu den Magnetbahnaktivitäten in Deutschland und warum man hier eher "eingleisig" (einfahrbahnig?) Magnetbahnen bauen will, so aber die Vorteile des Systems kaum herausstellen kann. Man belegt eher, dass es nicht funktionieren kann.

#TSB switched us from Visa to Mastercard. Fine, but the Mastercard never appears in your online banking account so there’s no way to pay it off. As of today, the balances for all accounts have vanished on Vivaldi, though you can still see them on Firefox. Still no credit card entry though.

Eine #Magnetbahn in Berlin für 85 Millionen Euro? Eher 300 bis 400 braucht es für eine vernünftige Pilotstrecke. Für Heise Online habe ich rumgerechnet und auch das MUC-Projekt nochmal angeschaut, das für fast 300 Millionen Euro schon eine Sparvariante mit Eingleisigkeit war.

BTW, die Leistungsaufnahme des #TSB ist ungefähr auf dem Niveau der Baureihe 423. Seite 6x. Aber die Berechnungen sind durch die Szenarien sehr kompliziert und ggf. nicht gut vergleichbar. Vielleicht ist es nur die Automatisierung, die das Plus bringt. Gleichzeitig kann das TSB aber auch mehr. Wie mich die unsachliche Diskussion um die Magnetbahn nervt. 80 Millionen für die TSB sind möglich! Eingleisig, kaum Bahnhöfe, keine vernünftige Werkstatt, keine Weichen, ein Zug. Die Zahl ist nicht aus der Luft gegriffen. Das zeigt aber, dass die CDU ein nicht funktionierendes System bauen will!
