The Magna Carta is not a constitution, and it applied only to England, not the UK.
The Declaration of Arbroath also pre-dates the US Constitution, but it is not a constitution either.I find it tedious how slippery little England tries to be the oldest, the best, the first in everything and cannot accept that they are just a third-rate little nation on the edge of Europe.
