1x time, I am disgusted by #scrum
Team is supposed to have a "#TrustCulture". Yet, we have to move those items on the board, or we are considered lazy or ineffective.
Career advice: create as much tasks and sub-items as possible for every small step you do. This will create a huge amount of overhead but pleases the PO, Masters and other #SCRUM Gods. It also is highly efficient in killing any joy in development.
Fortunately, Agile is finally in decline. But probably the worst parts will stay
