US refineries produce 9.3 to 9.8 million Bb per day. US consumes 8.9 million Bb per day.

That's an excess of between 0.4 M and 0.9M PER DAY. or 14.6M Bb to 32.8M Bb per year of excess gasoline production in the US . (US Energy Information Agency).

Again, the US is a NET EXPORTER of finished gasoline, just as it is a NET EXPORTER of diesel.

So why, if Trump's US oil donors have no supply excuse, are BOTH gas and diesel so expensive?
