I've been a lazy trucker for years and have been eating out a lot. I have a microwave on the truck, but a very tiny fridge that can't hold much. On top of that, I'm rarely close enough and have time to get to a grocery store. That changed with the acquisition of a skillet (on sale!) I made my first meal on the truck tonight. Fuck yeah!
