Oh good. My #windows computer wants to apply a Dell firmware update. You may recall what happened last time. (Short version: Despite having been told not to apply updates until my course had ended, Windows applied a firmware update anyway. It rebooted without my permission and then got stuck. I couldn't force the computer down and had to use my computer as a battery for my iPad in order to drain the laptop's battery. It then refused to start up again until it had enough battery charge to apply the firmware update that it still didn't have permission from me to install.)
