"Aster and Trillium, can you bring me those potatoes?" the twins' mother asked, pointing at the ones they'd dug up.
"Ok!" both girls said. Aster picked up one potato, a second, a third, then a fourth, cradling them in the crook of her arm. She tried adding a fifth, but it fell.
"Oh!" she exclaimed. She carefully set down all the potatoes and started again.
Meanwhile Trillium was #trotting between the potatoes and their mother, carrying a single potato at a time.
