Just got some #tcrno12 report from #Trondheim - Kinga #tcrno12cap415b is in great spirits and enjoying the city. "smell of cinnamon everywhere" -> gave here a cafe recommendation for tomorrow.
So thrilled for the race to kick off tomorrow at 2000.

Die Atmosphäre hier in #Trondheim ist großartig. Immer wieder treffe ich andere Teilnehmende, die ihre Räder nach der Anreise testen. Die Stadt ist voll mit gepackten Rennrädern. Leider hat der Wind gedreht und es kommt eine sehr kalte Strömung von Norden. Der Start morgen Abend wird kühl sein. In den Bergen sind einstellige Temperaturen vorausgesagt. Die große Temperatur Differenz im Verlauf des Rennens ist eine besondere Herausforderung und erhöhen das Gewicht und das Volumen der Taschen von meinem Rad erheblich. Etwa 20 kg wiegt mein einsatzbereites Rad.

Der Bahnhof #Dombås an der #Dovrebane von #Oslo nach #Trondheim in #Norwegen ist nicht besonders frequentiert. Dort wohnen gut 1000 Menschen. Dort zweigt die #Raumabane nach #Åndalsnes ab. Zugverkehr etwa alle 2-3 Stunden. Trotzdem gibt es einen geschützten Warteraum, barrierefrei (inkl. des konstenlosen WCs) mit vielen Sitzen, Schließfächern, Infomonitor, Heizung. Einen Warteraum habe ich praktisch an jedem Bahnhof gesehen.
