In the VERY early days (pre-Obama Presidency) of Netflix Streaming, they had a lot of trash but the best of the trash they had was a ton of Troma movies (not many from Uncle Lloyd himself tho), which really helped cement my love of Troma at the perfect age (late teens) to truly appreciate it.

Hätten Ti West & die South-Park-Schöpfer nicht lieber dieses Remake von #TheToxicAvenger als Teamarbeit machen können? Was die sowohl stilistisch als auch inhaltlich daraus vermutlich gemacht hätten, wäre wohl wirklich im Geiste des #Troma-Kultfilms von 1984 gewesen. Stattdessen gibt's jetzt einen #Film mit der Halbwertszeit eines Halloween-Kostüms für ein paar Hollywoodstars, ohne Charme und Schamlosigkeit des Klassikers.

April was Troma Month and the lead things off is the excellent Tromeo and Juliet from 1996. Funny, at times exciting, and starring actors from Troma's stable who are giving it their all. Plus, the James Gunn scene is killer.
