Tag 4: Fütterung mit grüner Wolke
Heute war die erste Raubtierfütterung.
Wissenschaftlich: Versorgung mit Mikroalgen.
Optisch: Viele kleine Punkte mit epileptischen Anfällen schwimmen in eine grüne Wolke.Bei genauerer Betrachtung sind es natürlich keine Punkte. Es sind "T"s. Mit Zuckungen. Zweites Nauplien-Stadium nennt sich das.

Tag 3: It's live, ALIVE!
Die ersten Krebse sind geschlüpft!
Es schwirren jetzt kleine, zuckende Kommas durchs Wasser.Nauplien-Stadium nennt sich das – frisch geschlüpft, winzig klein, aber schon fleißig unterwegs. Wenn auch unkoordiniert, wie ein Betrunkener im Stromkreis.
Jetzt muss ich "nur noch" die hyperaktiven Satzzeichen lange genug am Leben halten, damit sie irgendwann aussehen wie kleine Mini-Dinos und Face Hugger. Oder so.

- Tag 1: Geh mit nicht auf die Urzeit-Eier -
Als Kind hatte ich YPS-Urzeitkrebse. Ergebnis: Eine stinkende, tote Brühe.
Jetzt, Jahrzehnte später, ein weiterer Versuch - diesmal mit einem Kosmos-Set.Die Eier und das Spezialsalz sind im Wasser - gerührt, nicht geschüttelt.

Two week update on #SeaMonkeyFightClub All the #Triops except one died today.
The new #Aliens #SeaMonkey tank is setup with the pet store #BrineShrimp eggs from the Pet Store. Transplant from the #Mars tank.
The #AquaDragons are doing fabulous in their clear tank. The second #OceanView kit with actual #SeaMonkeys product never hatched.
So #TriopsKickSeaMonkeyAss still?
