Glorious day. Perfect running weather. An inch of yesterdays snow. Heavy hoar frost on the grass. Sun couldn’t quite break the bank of cloud but kept trying leaving a glorious eerie light over the landscape. 16km over a couple of hours with another 500m of climbing added to the annual total. And the ground/peat bogs were frozen - bonus!

Friday morning run was clear for first time all week. And no school run today means a few extra km to end the week. Nice scenes with the cloud rolling in and Manchester skyline peaking through it in the distance.
