The #redclover #Trifolium #pratense (#Faboideae) is a common #plant in Central Europe, growing on nutrient-rich #meadows. It is native to Europe, Western Asia, and Northwest Africa, but was introduced to North/South America a long time ago. It is #pollinated bumblebees/bees with long proboscis. It is #parasitized by, i.a., #seedweevils of the genus Tychius. A weevil of may be this taxon, is visible in my #photos. #Biodiversity

#Berlin has considerable #urban #biodiversity. It is favored by a large number of #greenspaces with #ecologically diverse areas (including #water areas), which is unusual for large cities on that level. In the photo “Nordhafen” can be seen.

On closer inspection, red #clover (#Trifolium pratense) reveals its true beauty.
Lately I've been doing a lot of focus stacking without a tripod, which is always a hit and miss affair. This one turned out nice.
