    I completely forgot how getting my nails done, really helps with my dermatillomania and trichtillomania.

    I still pick, but not as badly when it’s my natural nails. You’d think acrylic nails would make it worse. I think it’s mostly down to my anxiety of not wanting to ruin my nails 😂
