The Downtown Raleigh Entertainment Guide: Weekend Edition October 18–19th Edition

Saturday, October 18 – Raleigh Comes Alive!

Downtown Raleigh transforms into a playground of music, mystery, and flavor this Saturday.

Kick off your afternoon with A Taste of Downtown Raleigh Food Tour (2:30pm–5:30pm), a delicious stroll through the city’s culinary gems starting at the City of Raleigh Museum. For history buffs, the Fall African American Walking Tours at the Pope House Museum (10am, 1pm, 3pm) and the Historic Oakwood Walking Tour (1:45–3:30pm) offer a fascinating glimpse into Raleigh’s rich past.

For thrill-seekers, Raleigh Walking Tours hosts three spine-tingling experiences: the Haunted History Tour (4:45–6pm), the Sip n’ Stroll Ghost Tour (7–8:15pm), and the Raleigh Zombie Walk (7pm at Moore Square) — where costumes and chills await!
