FWIW his death is extremely suspicious and I would not be surprised if the rumours turned out to be true, but right now there is only innuendo and third-hand gossip.

Trey Reed, un étudiant noir de 21 ans à l'Université d'État de Delta, a été retrouvé mort pendu à un arbre.Il était le premier de sa famille à entrer à l'université et n'était sur le campus que depuis un mois. Sa mort a été classée comme étant un suicide dans les heures qui ont suivi, ce malgré la forte suspicion de lynchage.
M. Colin Kaepernick s'est alors dressé pour Trey : il a payé une autopsie indépendante. Il s'est battu pour la vérité.
Aujourd'hui, il est confirmé que Trey a été violemment tabassé avant d'être pendu. C'est donc un lynchage qu'ils ont essayé de couvrir.

It's September 2025, and two Black men were lynched in Mississippi on Monday the 15th.
Cops may rule these suicide, as they've done in the past when Black men are found hanging from trees in the state, but given Mississippi's own history, the state of the U.S. today, and the fact that cops lie every time they say or write anything, I'm betting it's lynchings.
