    It's Tree of the Year nomination time in #WaterlooRegion until the end of June! You can submit your nominations for a tree that you think should be Tree of the Year here: reepgreen.ca/tree-trust/#eleme

    & then all region residents can vote on it, & the winner moves on to the Ontario Tree Pageant! I've been following this for a few years now and it's really gotten me looking around at the trees in my city differently.

    So there's a "Tree of the Year" contest being held in my region, but I'm not super familiar with any of the trees nominated.
