The fact that so-called alternative treatments or medicines are hundreds or thousands of years old does not mean that you should attach more value to it.
On the contrary. It only means that these ideas date from a time when people had no idea what caused #diseases, let alone how to treat or cure them.

Imagine a #life where if you are not in motion, or doing something that you enjoy, that you are physically, and #mentally in pain to a point where you cannot tolerate it.
#Focus is impossible.
The only solution is to be in motion again, and find something to enjoy so that you can have some #peace.
Or to take/do #treatments that help, but don't take it all away. Harder #drugs that do, but destroy you slowly, or just kill you.
