After finishing the #AnnapurnaCircuit, I wasn't ready to leave the #Himalaya yet. Instead, I continued straight to #AnnapurnaBaseCamp.
The best part isn't just getting there, it's waking up surrounded by a giant amphitheater of snow-covered peaks.
If you're staying there, set your alarm early. That's when the mountains are usually at their clearest. A little later, the clouds often roll in and hide the summits.
