Damit sagt das Gericht in bestimmten Fällen klar: trans Frauen sind Frauen.
Ich denke das ist schon ein Fortschritt, wenn es nicht mehr als defragmentieren gesehen wird, sondern als unwahre Tatsachenbehauptung.
Also zu sagen, ich bin ein Mann, ist ganz einfach nicht wahr.

That means if a straight man ask me out on a date, I'm not obliged to tell them until AFTER the date when l've decided if have romantic interest in them or not.
I’m in a #polyam with two other women, and I don’t date men , but I’ve seen this argument in the last 24 hours mote than I’ve wanted, about when you disclose or not.

It will be just as problematic now. It’s a tax on women, it won’t silence the transphobes who will insist that masculine-looking cis women somehow cheated, and it’ll block women that it wasn’t intended to block. And besides all that, it does nothing to protect women’s sport. #TransWomenAreWomen
